The first beat of this episode is produced by a man who has worked hard to make a name for himself in the field of hip hop production, and paying his dues truly paid off.He rarely produces a beat that can not be considered a banger, or a “blap” as he likes to call it. iLLmind is his name, and the beat selected is for Moonshine’s 12″ release “Mark My Words”. Moonshine being an up coming MC to look out for, currently on Domination Recordings. Second to swing is a song I featured during my earlier years as a podcaster. It’s “The Shining”, produced by Khrysis, and it’s off the Away Team‘s album National Anthem. Last but not least is a beat from Therapy of the AB’s, Asamov, The Smile Rays and solo artist Paten Locke. It’s the beat to another single I promoted a few years back of Asamov’s album And Now. The song is called “Boom Box” , a mellow groove, which was like the third single off this amazing album.
